I am starting a fund to raise money for my girlfriend’s cat, Elverson. This past weekend, he started having trouble peeing. After 3 days in a row at the vet, they determined he had a urinary blockage, which can be fatal if not treated within 48 hours.

We opted to give him the treatment he needs to continue his life. This treatment, however, comes at a very high cost. We are looking to raise $5500 to cover the procedure to put him under anesthesia, give him a catheter to drain his bladder, and allow the vets to monitor him for 24 hours.

Elverson, or as we call him Vo, is a confident and mischievous cat. He loves to meet new people, to play, and to be a secret snuggler. We really appreciate any and all support anyone can provide and any excess proceeds will be donated to the SF SPCA.
