My mom Eloisa Ramos Pagan was a breast cancer survivor. She was strong, loved her family and even though this past year was a very difficult year with struggles in her health, she never gave up. Had several brushes with death but was strong and kept fighting her illnesses which included kidney failure, pulmonary hypertension, diabetes & heart failure. She fought so hard to survive. Unfortunately on 7/19/2024 her body couldn't fight anymore and she went to be with her sister, grandmother and other family members that have passed in heaven. Our hearts are heavy and in lots of pain but we are consoled knowing she no longer suffers. Mom you will live forever in our hearts and every wonderful memory we have of you. We love you so much. This is not a goodbye but a see you later.
