Hi, we are the family of Elmo E. Ballard Jr. Patricia Ballard (sister) & Braneisha Young (Niece)! On May 4th 2025 our Loved one Elmo Ballard was in a hit & run accident where his life was taken, while crossing the street in his wheel chair in Oakland Ca. While the driver of the vehicle fled the scene leaving our beloved Brother/Uncle trapped under his vehicle left to suffer, My family and I are kindly seeking any donation, prayer or information regarding this tragedy.

Currently, we ask for our family and friends support as we navigate through this unforeseen tragedy as we prepare to give Elmo the proper burial he is deserving of.

All proceeds will go to funeral cost, burial, and other expenses due to this tragedy.
