Hi, my name is Patricia Ballard, I am the sister of Elmo E. Ballard Jr.

On May 4th 2025 my brother was in a hit in run accident where his life was taken while crossing the street in his wheel chair in Oakland Ca while the driver of the vehicle fled the scene leaving my brother trapped under his vehicle left to suffer, My family and I are kindly seeking any donation, prayer or information regarding this tragedy.

Currently, we ask for our family and friends support as we navigate through this unforeseen tragedy as we prepare to give Elmo the proper burial he is deserving of.
