In December 2025 our bright, loving friend Eloise received the devastating news that she has breast cancer. For someone so healthy, active, and the primary carer of four young children, this has turned Elly and Clancy’s world upside down.

In early January, Elly underwent a double mastectomy. While we hoped this would be enough, further cancer was found in the surrounding tissue and lymph nodes. She now faces more surgery, followed by months of chemotherapy and radiation. It’s not the outcome anyone hoped for, but Elly is a strong wahine and is determined to fight.

With four little ones, Remy (5), Ada (3), and 18‑month‑old twins, Ted and Coco, the family now face significant practical and financial pressures including loss of income, out-of-pocket medial expenses and the need for extra childcare and home help.

We’re raising funds to provide support and stability to Elly, Clancy and the kids during this incredibly challenging time, so Elly can heal and focus on recovery.
