Ellie is a bright, compassionate 16-year-old with a heart for helping others. She has always been a dedicated student and was enrolled in a specialized medical program at school, where she was gaining hands-on clinical experience alongside her classmates while preparing for a future in healthcare.
Recently, Ellie’s life changed unexpectedly when she was diagnosed with aggressive ALK-positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma. Because of her diagnosis and intensive treatments, Ellie is unable to return to school this year or complete her medical clinicals with her classmates. Instead of spending her days learning in the classroom and clinical settings, Ellie is now facing long hospital stays, chemotherapy treatments, countless appointments, and the physical and emotional challenges that come with cancer.
Despite everything she is going through, Ellie continues to show incredible strength, courage, and determination. Even on the hardest days, her smile and positive spirit inspire everyone around her. Her family is focused entirely on helping Ellie fight this battle, but the financial burden of medical treatments, travel expenses, hospital stays, missed work, and everyday expenses is overwhelming.
Our goal is to come together as a community to support Ellie and her family during this difficult journey so she can focus on what matters most, healing. We want to help relieve some of the stress and uncertainty they are facing and remind them they are not fighting this alone.
Any donation, no matter the amount, will make a meaningful difference for Ellie and her family. If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing Ellie’s story and keeping her in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support as we rally around Ellie and help her continue fighting toward recovery and, hopefully, returning to school next year to continue pursuing her dream of working in the medical field.
