This is Ellen. She was a mom of 8, a grandmother of 1, a loving wife, a sister, and a friend to many. She was one to encourage and lift others at any time. She didn't go a day without thinking of others; she prayed for all and always put others first. She loved to dance to her favorite music, she loved to put others in a good mood, She loved to take pictures and capture special moments and she was the one to take your hard times and help you push past them. She was the strongest person we have all gotten to know and love, and we will carry that on for her.

Unfortunately, she fell on hard times as of 3 months ago. She started off feeling tired all the time and didn't have the energy to move. She was told at her first appointment it was the starting stages of heart failure. Weeks went by, and she had worse symptoms. Come to find out, she has liver failure and masses found to be breast cancer. She ended up in the hospital not too long after. She got worse as days went by; she started having pain everywhere and was sent home with medications and set up with new appointments. It's now a couple of weeks after that, end of June, and she is currently in the ICU on life support, fighting for her life. She has final stages of liver failure, stage 3 breast cancer, kidney failure, and respiratory failure. We spoke to the doctor, and they informed us she unfortunately wouldn't make it and she keeps getting worse every day. They fought for her and gave her 100% care till they couldn't. She was on max care and medications; she was fighting until she couldn't. We made the tough but right decision as a family to let her go in peace as we take her off life support and let her be free of pain and suffering. We ask for help in this time as we face many turning points for her medical bills as well as her end-of-life decisions we have made, our dad's medical needs, and to help keep us on our feet during this time. We appreciate the love and support we've gotten through this hard time, and the continuous love and support we will get from here on out. We thank everyone for their prayers during this time. Although the outcome didn't end up what we were all praying for, we are happy to know she is now at peace. We'll see her in another time, free of all this pain she was put through. Thank you.
