Last September we received the devastating news that our babygirl Ella (now 8yrs old) has Lymphoma, she was stage 3/4 when first diagnosed. From October 2024 through May 2025 she recieved chemo injections every 3 weeks as well as blood work the week after she recieved her chemo. She reached remission status in May but unfortunately she fell out of remission in early July. Since coming out of remission she has had 3 more chemo treatments with the last one being on 10/20/25. Between continuing to put her through stress (she is a very nervous girl at the vets and would need to be sedated heavily everytime) to recieve treatments and no longer having the funds to continue treatment I have came to the decision that instead of trying raise funds for treatment which is very expensive, we are raising funds to help cover the cost of in home euthanasia and Cremation services. I know her fight against this horrible disease is coming to an end and taking her to her vet for euthanasia would just put more stress on her. All these treatments over the past year have been outrageously expensive, I have maxed out my care credit and my personal credit card and now have nothing left to put towards the cost of in home euthanasia and Cremation which I feel extremely guilty for. She deserves to go to sleep in the comfort of her home with the people she loves and love her. We got Ella from the pound back in 2017 as a little puppy along with her big brother Ash. She has been there for my daughter since my daughter was 5, she has been with me through my pregnancy with my son and has been with my son all his life. She is my soul dog and best friend. Making this choice is literally the hardest thing I have ever had to do, not being able to do it because of the cost is making it even harder. I have never asked anyone for help before but I am asking now. Any donation big or small will help me get closer to covering the cost for Ella to be able to pass peacefully surrounded by love in her home. In home euthanasia between 3 different places starts at $425 to $530 (lap of love is the most expensive) and Cremation is $375 to $450.
