Hello, my name is Ella, and this is the last thing I wanted to do, but I’m at a loss for what else I can do. I have been diagnosed with stage two Hodgkin’s lymphoma. I did 4 rounds of treatment and decided to stop because it was making me too sick, and I couldn’t work. A couple of weeks ago, my children’s father and I got into an argument and had no sitter I haven’t worked in 3 weeks. I don’t have my rent, nor do I have my AES payment, and I have to pay rent before the 15th, or my two kids and I will be evicted. I go back to work next weekend but fear I won’t make enough by the time I need it. I hate having to ask; I hate being in this position. I know it is my responsibility to make sure my children are okay, but I can’t afford anything currently until I start work again. Anything helps. I can always pay whoever back when I get my taxes next year. God bless.
