Help Us Fight Stage 3 Breast Cancer: A Journey of Love, Strength, and Hope
Dear Friends, Family, and Kind-hearted Strangers,
We are reaching out to you today to share our family’s story and ask for your support as we face one of the most challenging times in our lives. My beautiful wife, Ella, has been diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer (invasive ductal cell carcinoma) and while this news has been devastating, we are committed to fighting every step of the way, together.
Ella is a loving wife, dedicated mother, and a compassionate friend who has always been there for everyone else. She is the heartbeat of our family and the person who makes life brighter for those around her. Now, it’s our turn to support her as she battles this fierce disease.
The road ahead is long, with months of aggressive treatments ahead, including chemotherapy, multiple surgeries, and radiation, followed by more chemotherapy. Ella just completed her first round of chemotherapy and her first surgery (double mastectomy) is scheduled for March. The emotional and physical toll on her is immense, and our family is struggling to manage the financial burden that comes with cancer treatment. Between medical expenses, hospital visits, medications, and the time off work to care for her, the costs are overwhelming.
We’ve set up this GoFundMe to help cover the costs of medical bills, treatments, and day-to-day expenses, so that we can focus all our energy on fighting this disease and supporting Ella as she faces this challenge. Every donation, no matter how small, makes a huge difference in our ability to continue this fight.
We know that not everyone can contribute financially, but your support, whether through donations, prayers, or sharing this page with others, means the world to us. We are grateful for the love and strength that surrounds us, and we are determined to face this battle with courage and hope.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your generosity, support, and kindness. We will get through this—together.
With love and gratitude,
Chris and Ella Cox
