Please help support Elizabeth's friend and comrade

Elizabeth is raising funds for a friend and comrade in Charlottesville, a Black activist and organizer who has spent years advocating for the city's Black, LGBTQ+, low-income, and unhoused residents. They have shown up again and again for Charlottesville without asking for anything in return. Recently, they were hospitalized and received a challenging medical diagnosis, and that unexpected medical crisis led to a loss of income. As a result, they fell behind on rent and are now facing eviction.

This fundraiser will help Elizabeth's friend and comrade through an incredibly difficult moment by covering back rent, preventing the eviction, and helping with some of their bills. After giving so much to others for so long, they now need their community to show up for them. If you are able to give, please consider donating and sharing this fundraiser.
