Join Team Eliy in her battle against cancer

Our beautiful Eliy is in the fight of her life.  The fight against Ewing's Sarcoma (a rare and aggressive cancer)  Eliy Simmer,  a freshman at Clare High School, is the daughter of Joy and Mike Simmer of Clare.  Eliy loves to play volleyball, has a heart of a dancer, and a love for every animal.  She is one of the kindness humans to bless the earth.     She has a spirit so bright, her smile alone lightens your soul.  Eliy's diagnosis is a sucker punch to a family who is already overwhelmed with worry.  Mike battles type 1 diabetes and will need a kidney transplant in the near future.  

Eliy is currently in Ann Arbor receiving treatment at the University of Michigan.  Her treatment will be extensive and require being in Ann Arbor for extended periods of time.  It is my hope that our community will come together to provide support to this wonderful family.  This fundraiser will be used to cover the first round of treatment that will be exorbitant covering treatment costs, travel expenses and the unexpected costs of being miles from home as they support Eliy in her battle against this horrible cancer.
