Dear Friends, Family, and Supporters,

Having graduated from the University of Wisconsin, where I earned the eighth fastest 2k time in program history, I am pursuing the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to row at the highest level. I am now training to be selected for Team USA, to represent the United States on the international stage.

I was invited and have joined the ARION elite rowing team following a trial period this summer. I have now moved to Saratoga Springs, New York, where I am training full-time. I have already had promising success, most recently placing first in the U23 2- and second in the Senior 4x at the Royal Canadian Henley Regatta.

To continue pursuing my passion, I now come to you to ask for your help. Rowing is a niche sport; sponsorship and financial support for athletes is minimal at best. Elite rowing continues to be mostly self-funded. Costs associated with rowing at this level include team dues, regatta entry costs, travel and accommodation, and general living expenses (plus lots of food!). My goal this year is to raise approximately half of my costs, estimated at $5000. Your support in helping to fund my quest would mean the world to me, and I will be working my hardest to make you all proud.
