Hi everyone,

My name is Elise, and I’m a single mother of two beautiful daughters, Kyra(8) and Kenya (9). We live in a small, rural community where family and faith mean everything to us. Recently, my world has been turned upside down. I was diagnosed with a severe liver condition that has rapidly worsened over the past few weeks. What started as a routine check-up quickly escalated to an emergency situation, and I’ve been in the hospital for the past two weeks fighting for my health.

I first began treatment at our local hospital, but my condition became more critical, and I was transferred to the leading hospital in the state. They’ve told me that I will need a liver transplant and will be here for an uncertain amount of time. As a mother, it’s hard to be away from my girls, and even harder knowing I can’t be there to care for them every day. Right now, I’m focusing on my health, but I’m also deeply concerned about how my daughters will manage without me. They are scared and confused, and I don’t want them to worry about how we’re going to make ends meet while I’m in the hospital.

The financial burden has been overwhelming. Between medical expenses, travel costs, and the rising cost of living, I’m struggling to keep up with even the basics. I’m also facing an urgent need to pay my insurance premiums to ensure I have continued coverage during this critical time. I’m asking for your support in helping me through this incredibly difficult chapter. Every dollar donated will go directly to paying insurance premiums, hospital bills, and ensuring that Krya and Kira have everything they need to continue going to school and living their lives while I’m in treatment.
