My name is Elisa and I never thought I would create one of these but this is a time I’m hoping I can get a helping hand. I have been going through a rare skin condition called TSW (topical streoid withdrawal). Many dermatologists and doctors will dismiss it and continue to prescribe it as “treatment”. My story is not that. I took them for eczema not knowing what the potential harm could be, and here I am almost 20 years later going through the most devastating, depressing and physically painful debilitating thing I’ve ever experienced. I had to leave my job multiple over the past 5 years do to this condition. I healed every other time but this time around in last year of November I got an infection while I was already having a flare and due to that it affected my capabilities to complete any simple task and especially not going to work.
