Support Eli's Long Road to Recovery

Donation protected
On July 23rd, Eli had a serious accident.

He rolled his vehicle on the highway. His vehicle was totaled. In bracing himself, he broke the steering column.

We have been told - and know - that Eli is very lucky to be alive...he and we - are so thankful.

Eli suffered a compound break in his leg - both bones, a snapped tendon, and dislocated ankle.

As for the rest of him, he is pretty banged up.

Eli was in the hospital for a week. Healing can be more challenging given his T1 Diabetes. It adds another layer of complications to his care.

We are so thankful for the quick response time of the EMTs, the strangers that helped at the accident scene, and the Trauma Unit and staff at Legacy Emmanuel Hospital. So many helped to get Eli to a place of recovery.

Recovery will be long and expensive.

Eli and his wife Tori, have been married not quite a year. They both have insurance and jobs that have allowed some leave and support, but the bills are already adding up.

We are so grateful for all the support already given, and for the support yet to manifest.

Family and friends are all pitching in...

We are now extending our ask to help our precious two navigate this crisis.

Anything helps!
Donations, food, gift cards, transportation, and of course words of encouragement. ❤️
