my name is eliza, many know me by eli. i’m a junior in college at FGCU, majoring in arts with a minor in creative writing.

i drive around SWFL doing a lot of freelance photography and creative work, making ends meet, as corporate and professional jobs do not satisfy my creative needs.

recently, i’ve been given the opportunity to attend New York Academy of Art for their Summer Undergraduate Residency Program, while also dealing with a sudden lack of transportation, as my car of almost three years broke down on february 26, 2026. on behalf of NYAA, i was awarded a $500 scholarship for a $3,000 tuition fee for the program. i don’t take pleasure in asking for help, but i need yours, to attend a career-changing program and save for a new car, which is a detrimental tool for my career to succeed and to function in today’s environment.
