My name is Marissa, and I have the privilege of being one of Ana and Eddie's close friends. I've seen firsthand the kind of loving, devoted parents they are, and the beautiful family they have built.

In what feels like an instant, their world was turned upside down. As many of you are aware, their little Elijah was recently diagnosed with B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia at just 5 years old.

Elijah has always been full of life, love, and imagination. He loves Sonic, playing with his toys, and being a happy, energetic kid who lights up the room. Instead of spending his days getting to be a kid, Elijah is now facing intensive treatments, frequent hospital visits, and a long, challenging road ahead.

As his mommy and daddy focus on being by his side through every step of this fight, I humbly ask that we all come together to support them so they can focus on what matters most, Elijah's healing.

Over the next couple of years, they will face the weight of travel, medical expenses, time away from work, and ongoing care for Elijah, all while caring for their 3 month-old baby girl, Liliana. Any donation, no matter the amount, will go directly toward Elijah's medical care and help ease the financial burden on his family during this incredibly difficult time.
