We come to you today with heavy hearts but hopeful spirits, asking for your help for our beloved family member, Eliazar “Chy” Costilla.

Sixteen days ago, Chy was admitted to the hospital with severe pneumonia and a life-threatening blood infection. It has been a difficult and emotional journey, but by God’s grace and the incredible work of his medical team, we are hopeful he may finally be discharged tomorrow — depending on the results of his latest blood culture.

However, his battle is far from over. Chy’s recovery will require ongoing medical care, daily infusions, and critical medications. Unfortunately, during this time, Chy is unable to work and still has the responsibility of providing for his two teenage children.

We are humbly reaching out for your support — whether it’s through a financial donation, a share of this fundraiser, or lifting Chy up in prayer.
