A terrible tragedy has struck our Lake Worth/Wellington community as 2 boys from a local middle school were involved in a horrific accident resulting in the death of 1 boy and injuring another on 01/30/25.

This will be a day many in our community will not forget. Elias was the other student involved in the accident. He was taken to Delray Medical where he has undergone multiple MRIs/CTs and by grace he is on the road to making a full recovery - no surgery needed. Even though his body may heal, the trauma of what this young boy has witnessed will stay with him forever. We are looking to help this family out with donations to help put a dent in the current medical costs and anticipated care. He will still require physical therapy and follow-ups.

Mom and Dad want to let the community know how thankful they are for all the outpouring of love and support they have received as well as the sorrow they feel for Landon's family.
