Support Elias Rivera's Recovery Journey
Donation protected
Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers,
My name is Caesy Rivera, and I am reaching out to you with a heavy heart and a plea for help. My little brother, Elias Rivera, recently suffered a traumatic self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head and face. By God's mercy, Elias has been given a second chance at life, but his journey to recovery is just beginning.
Elias has been silently battling depression, stress, and low self-esteem. Despite his struggles, he has always been a loving and selfless person, willing to give his all to help others. He recently graduated from high school and was working as an electrician apprentice, determined to beat the odds and build a bright future.
Currently, Elias is unable to speak as his face is wired shut. He will need multiple surgeries and extensive psychological treatment to aid in his recovery. The road ahead is long and filled with numerous medical procedures, therapies, and rehabilitation efforts. The financial burden of these treatments is overwhelming for our family.
We are humbly asking for your generosity to help cover the costs of Elias's medical expenses, including bills, surgeries, hospital stays, medications, and ongoing therapy. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in his recovery process.
Elias's story is a powerful reminder of the importance of mental health. Life is too precious to throw away, and family is everything. We hope his journey brings awareness to many young men struggling with mental health issues. Please seek help and don't let society label you as weak for having mental health problems.
Please consider donating to Elias's GoFundMe campaign and sharing his story with your network. Your prayers, positive thoughts, and contributions will provide much-needed hope and strength to Elias and our family during this challenging time.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness and support.
With gratitude,
Caesy and the Rivera Family
