Hello, my name is Edgardo Catalon Jr, but most of you know me as E.J. On March 27th, 2025, my life took an unexpected and challenging turn when I was struck by a severe and persistent case of Vertigo. Over the past three months, I've been struggling with dizziness, disorientation, and physical exhaustion that has made even the simplest tasks like standing, walking, and driving... impossible. Despite seeing multiple doctors, undergoing numerous tests, following every treatment plan to the letter, taking every prescribed medication, and six weeks of intense Physical Therapy, the Vertigo has not improved in the way my providers and I hoped. For now, I'm stuck waiting for specialist appointments that take significant amounts of time to be seen.

I've been unable to work, which has placed a tremendous financial burden on me. I've fallen behind on rent, utilities, bills, and medical expenses and have applied for programs to assist in some of those areas. The emotional and financial stress has only added to the difficulty of managing my health; it's been an uphill battle each and every day.

I'm reaching out for help... something I'm not typically comfortable with, but the situation has become overwhelming. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a difference in my ability to recover and regain some stability.
