In Loving Memory of Eileen Harden

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Aunt Eileen, who departed this life on 6/18/2025 surrounded by love and family. Eileen’s life was one of quiet strength, unwavering devotion, and deep compassion.

Eileen A. Dani was born on January 31, 1944, in Wisconsin. She spent the majority of her life in Contra Costa County, Northern California, and for the past 20 years, she was a proud and devoted resident of Crockett, California.

Eileen loved her family wholeheartedly and unconditionally. Throughout her life, she was a constant source of care and support—not only to her beloved mother, but also to her nieces, nephew, siblings, and cherished friends. She gave selflessly, always putting the needs of others before her own. Whether through a gentle word, a thoughtful gesture, or her steady presence, Eileen brought comfort and kindness to everyone she touched.

She carried a warm heart, a generous spirit, and a deep faith that never wavered. Her love created a safe haven for many, and her legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Eileen is survived by her loving sister, Carol Batchelder, and her brothers, Raymond Dani and Thomas Dani. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who adored her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her father, Walter Dani; her mother, Phyllis Dani; and her sisters, Mary Dani and Deanna Dani. We take comfort in knowing they are now reunited.

Though she may no longer be with us in body, her spirit will continue to guide and inspire us. We will miss her deeply but honor her by carrying forward the love and kindness she so freely gave.

A celebration of Eileen’s life will be held on Friday, July 11th:

Funeral Mass at 1:00 PM at St. Rose of Lima Church, 555 3rd Ave, Crockett, CA 94525.

A Celebration of Life will follow at the Boy Scout Hall, 991 Loring Ave, Crockett, CA 94525.
