Life has been cruel. After losing my parents, my wife and kids and being mentally tortured by narcissists, I have struggled with my mental health to the point of complete isolation and nearly giving up. This is the first time in 6 years I have attempted to take a first step as a vulnerable man to try and have my life back by writing about it.
