Support Efrain's Road to Recovery

On October 18, 2024, Efrian Jaramillo had a traumatic auto accident, where a truck cut in front of him and caused him to collide, totaling his vehicle. He was immediately taken to Tampa General Hospital where he underwent two emergency surgeries. The surgeries he sustained were to his hip and legs. He has broken his hip in three places and his leg surgery was performed to reconstruct and place rods and plates for structure. The trauma unit has been angels in taking care of him. While we hope that this will be the extent of his injuries, it is a major road to recovery period for both him and his family aside from the trauma he has already endured. The medical team has advised that it will take a minimum of six months for Efrain to regain full mobility. He will need extensive physical therapy and rehabilitation regime to regain full use of his legs and to be able to walk.

Efrain has one baby girl and another on the way. He has financially obligations to himself and his family. This incident has caused major setback as there is no medical health insurance in place and the at fault driver has minimal coverage for damages.

The establishment of this fundraiser was in hopes that we can ease some of the financial burdens that lie ahead for Efrain. This is to help Efrain with the love and the support he is going to need to get back to being the family provider that he has been. This money will be used to help offset any medical expenses, time off of work that is needed and required, and other costs he may incur so that his full focus can be on his full recovery.
