Hi everyone, my name is Dylan, and I’m starting this fundraiser for my dad and our family after a devastating car accident.

On February 14th, 2026—Valentine’s Day—my dad was on his way to work around 4:00 in the morning, just like he did every day, when he was suddenly hit by a drunk driver. In an instant, our lives changed forever.

From that day on, my dad fought as hard as he could. For nearly two months, from February 14th to around midnight going into April 6th, he stayed strong and battled for his life in the hospital. Despite all his strength and the efforts of the doctors, he passed away during that time.

My dad was the kind of person who always showed up for others. He was hardworking, selfless, and did everything he could to provide for our family. He was someone you could count on no matter what, and his presence meant everything to us.

We are now facing the unexpected cost of funeral and memorial expenses, including repatriating his body to Mexico so he can be laid to rest next to his mother. This is something our family is not financially prepared for, and we would be so grateful for any support you can give—whether it’s a donation or simply sharing this page.
