My name is Efrain Castillo, Im 57 Years Old. Im reaching out for help in these hard times I'm going through right now. I am person that loves to help others and now I'm asking for help. Typically I'm not that kind of person to ask for help, but I'm in need and don't know what else to do. On August 8,2024 I had gone to the hospital and was diagnosed with Esophageal Cancer. I have been in and out of the hospital. I'm in too much pain, can't eat or drink. Due to my condition I am unable to work. I start chemo next week and, I am asking for your help to cover medical expenses and anything that can help me that I can't afford at the moment. Anything helps, I would really appreciate it. Mi nombre es Efraín Castillo, tengo 57 años. Estoy pidiendo ayuda en estos momentos difíciles por los que estoy pasando. Soy una persona a la que le encanta ayudar a los demás y ahora pido ayuda. Normalmente no soy ese tipo de persona que pide ayuda, pero la necesito y no sé qué más hacer. El 8 de agosto de 2024 fui al hospital y me diagnosticaron cáncer de esófago. He estado entrando y saliendo del hospital. Tengo mucho dolor, no puedo comer ni beber. Debido a mi condición no puedo trabajar. Empiezo la quimioterapia la próxima semana y les pido su ayuda para cubrir los gastos médicos y cualquier cosa que pueda ayudarme y que no pueda pagar en este momento.
