Support Eevee's Road to Recovery

Hi, my name is Ashley. I have recently adopted Eevee from the SPCA a few months ago. She is a 3 year old domestic medium hair. When I adopted her she was severely sick, and took almost 2 months to recover from an Upper Respiratory Infection that she got from being at a Kill Shelter in Philadelphia, and was then transported to the SPCA in West Chester. I was told by her vet that they didn't think she was going to survive and to "take her back & adopt a different cat". After that I was completely determined to help save her. Within the next two weeks, I had made it my goal to make sure she ate as much wet food as possible & drank water. I also had to bottle feed her just so she could put weight back on & rehydrate. Her body was so weak, she was barely 4 pounds and now she is a solid 10lbs and the biggest sweetheart you'd ever meet! But her struggles aren't over. She still has a respiratory issue that requires a Rhinoscopy & possible removal of a polyp, or surgery for structural damage to her nasal cavity. This is going to cost me $5,000 out of pocket because insurance will not cover this "pre-existing" condition. If I could raise at least $2,500 to help with the cost, I want to be able to give this sweet girl the best life possible and don't want it to create bigger issues for her down the line if it isn't taken care of!
