Hi I'm Taylor and I'm organizing this fundraiser for our little Iron man, Eero and his family, Kurt, Hannah, and Piper.

I have been close friends with this family for many years and I'm asking for us all to come together in this time of need. As this family would quite literally give you the shirt off their back they need our support as they navigate this upcoming year of Eero's treatment, whether it be prayers, or a donation.

A little bit about Eero, last week on thursday Eero was having pain, they brought him to the ER, he had fluid in his lung and a mass by his trachea so after many tests and scans the doctors believed Eero has cancer so he was then transfered down to Children's hospital in Minneapolis.

Friday morning they arrived and after many more tests they believed Eero was high risk for Neuroblastoma, he undergo a biopsy of the mass that day. Blood tests and urine tests were done. He was still in quite a bit of pain throughout all of this, but he's been so strong.

On Monday, it was confirmed that Eero was high risk for neuroblastoma due to the size and severity. Not only that but his lung filled up with fluid more because of the tumor so he had to have a chest tube and breathing tube placed to drain the fluid.

More scans are going to be done to determine if the cancer is anywhere else but we're hopeful to start chemo later this week.

Eero has a long road to recovery, at least a years worth. He will be back and forth doing Chemotherapy, radiation, stem cell transplant/immunotherapy.
