Hi, my name is John, and I'm the one organizing this fundraiser for my friend Edwin Marques. Someone I don’t just consider a friend, but truly like a brother. We've always watched each other’s backs, and seeing him go through something this painful and life changing has been heartbreaking.

On September 1st, our dear friend Edwin Marques was involved in a devastating accident. While riding his bicycle, he was struck by a motorbike at full speed. The impact threw him to the ground and resulted in serious injuries ,a broken left arm, fractures in his hip and leg, and severe bruising across his body.

Edwin is currently facing a long and painful road to recovery. Medical bills are piling up, and he is unable to work ,which is a heartbreaking setback for someone as hardworking and dedicated as he is.

Why We're Asking for Help.?

This accident has left Edwin unable to walk, work, or continue his education for the foreseeable future. Every day is a painful and uncertain struggle. The costs of hospital stays, treatments, physical therapy, medications, and transportation are overwhelming.

We’re raising funds to help Edwin cover his medical expenses, basic living costs, and to ensure he has the support he needs to heal properly, physically and emotionally.

Who is Edwin?

Edwin is one of the most genuine, kind hearted, and hardworking people I know. He never complains, never gives up, and always puts others before himself. He works two jobs, goes to school on Sundays, and still finds the time to be there for the people he cares about.

That’s why I’m doing this for him , because I know he would do the same for me in a heartbeat. Right now, Edwin needs help, and I’m asking you , whether you know him or not , to stand with him in this tough time.
