After decades of recovery from one of the most devastating regimes in modern history, Cambodia is still paying the price - not in politics, but in its classrooms.

We are SIMrise, a student-led initiative from the University of St. Gallen’s SIM Master’s program (Switzerland), partnering with Smiling Gecko, a NGO dedicated to building empowered, self-sufficient communities in Cambodia through education.

This year, our team is raising CHF 10,000 to support the development of school infrastructure, provide learning materials, and organize interactive workshops that inspire and equip children for a brighter future.
