About Me & Why I'm Raising Funds

My name is Eduardo Jesus Cardoso, and I’m a passionate filmmaker and student at the University of North Texas (UNT), where I’m actively involved in the UNT Short Film Club. In just one year, I’ve gone from learning the ropes to becoming an award-winning filmmaker, completing two films, and now stepping into my biggest project yet—producing Squatters, a wild, darkly comedic film written & Directed by the insanely talented Alex Alley and D.O.P the sharp and visionary Anjali Sunil.

This film is more than just another project—it’s a critical step in my filmmaking journey. Squatters will be the third film I’ve helped bring to life, and it’s an opportunity to collaborate with an incredible team of creatives who are just as dedicated to telling bold, unforgettable stories.
