On Friday, August 16th, our sister, Edith Canales-Kobbeman, was injured in a head-on collision coming home from work near Dixon, IL. She was taken to KSB hospital, then later airlifted to OSF St. Anthony Medical Center in Rockford for further treatment due to her injuries.
She is currently in ICU and has several fractures/broken bones and soft tissue damage in her feet, ankles and legs and a fractured pelvic bone. She will need multiple surgeries to treat her injuries and will have a long and painful recovery ahead. While it is hard to see someone we love in so much pain, we are beyond thankful to have her still here with us. We would appreciate any and all thoughts and prayers to strengthen Edith and family through this time.

All donations will go directly to her family to be used to cover medical expenses, as well as hotel, food, gas, and other expenses which will help ensure her Husband Michael, and Kids, Olivia (Lillian), Cody, and Easton, and her mother Delia, can remain close to her while she is treated.
