Support Eddie's Battle with ALS
Donation protected
At just 52 years old, Eddie has recently been diagnosed with bulbar-onset ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's disease. This aggressive form of ALS has significantly impacted Eddie's daily life, affecting his speech, motion, and overall mobility.
Ed has always been a source of joy and positivity for those around him, and in true Eddie fashion, he is bravely facing this difficult journey with resilience and determination. However, as ALS progresses, his need for assistance continues to grow, and simple tasks have become increasingly challenging for him.
The financial burden of managing this disease is substantial, with an average annual out-of-pocket expense of $250,000 for an ALS patient. We are reaching out to you for support in helping Eddie through this challenging time. Your contribution can make a meaningful difference in his life, providing hope and comfort as he navigates this devastating condition.
Our goal is to ease Eddie's financial worries and allow him to focus on spending precious time with his loved ones. All funds raised will go directly to Eddie to assist with both his immediate and long-term needs.
A message from Eddie “As I navigate the uncertain road ahead, where each patient's journey is unique, and the progression of illness varies significantly from one individual to another, my commitment to caring for my girls remains my priority. My hope is that I can count on you to watch over and support Kayla and Rosa in the future, no matter what may come. Please continue to keep them in your thoughts and prayers. I take comfort in knowing that I have a strong army cheering me on. Your prayers, donations, and acts of kindness give me strength and hope during this difficult time. Your support means more to me than words could ever express. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. I appreciate you and am blessed to have you in my life.”
Your support can truly make a positive impact on Eddie's journey with ALS. Thank you for considering helping our dear brother during this challenging period.
