Support Ed Pastor's Creative Minds

Hello, everyone!

My name is Carla Hernandez, and I am incredibly proud to serve as the coach for the Ed Pastor Elementary School Odyssey of the Mind team. Together, this talented group of seven fourth graders has achieved remarkable success, securing first place in the regional competition in Yuma, Arizona, and then second place in the state tournament that took place in Tucson, Arizona. This amazing achievement has earned them a coveted spot to compete in the 2025 Odyssey of the Mind World Finals at Michigan State University!

At the World Finals, our students will have the opportunity to showcase their creativity and problem-solving skills against peers from across the United States and other countries.

To make this dream a reality, we need your help. We are raising funds to cover travel expenses, lodging, and meals for our team from May 21 to May 25. Any contribution, big or small, would be greatly appreciated and will go directly towards supporting our young competitors.
