Support Ebony's Journey to Healing After Domestic Violence.
Donation protected
On Monday, September 23, 2024, one of my beloved sisters, Ebony Mayberry, was the victim of a violent and horrific domestic attack. Sadly, this incident took place in front of her children’s school. Partial footage of the incident.
After many years of extreme abuse and isolation from her family, Vincent Solomon Jr decided to make good on his threats to take my sister’s life. After dropping their children off at school by way of Lyft, Ebony was shot in her face, chest, and multiple times in her abdominal area. She somehow got up, and as seen on the local news, tried to make an attempt to get help from the school as Vincent continued to go after her. The police arrived, and there was a stand-off, with Ebony being held at gunpoint. Vincent then laid on Ebony. When the police had a clear shot, they shot him in the leg, and it took a sheriff’s deputy and 2 Wichita police officers to get that monster off of my sister! My family and I are so grateful for all of their efforts in saving Ebony’s life. Her children are being cared for by family as she continues her healing journey .
We are asking for your prayers and any donations you can make. This will aid in what will be a long road of recovery, both physically and mentally, for her children and herself. Thank you in advance for all your prayers, love, and support.
