From the Narragansett Parks & Recreation Family,
Our friend and coworker, Joe Harvey and his family were informed of the worst news that parents can receive. While travelling with his son and daughter on a family cruise out of Texas, during school vacation and just hours away from flying back home to Rhode Island, they were prompted to seek immediate medical attention for Easton, age 7.
They were informed that their youngest child, Easton, will have to begin receiving treatment for leukemia, which will keep Joe and his family in the state of Texas at Texas Children's Hospital for the foreseeable future.
The hope of this GoFundMe is to help raise funds to cover daily living, travel, and medical costs not covered by insurance so that the family may focus on Easton's recovery.
We will continue to provide updates as we receive them and any amount that you are able to donate will be greatly appreciated.
