Support East Chapel Hill's Period Boxes

Period product donation money for East Chapel Hill High School Period Product Donation Boxes:

Hi! My name is April, and I’m a student at East Chapel Hill High School. Recently, I worked with administration to install period product donation boxes in the bathrooms so students can take what they need, but we're concerned that supply may not keep up with demand.

According to the National Institute of Health, 26% of women are on their period at any given time, so we need as many products as we can get! Some students don’t have access to these products at home, or their cycle may have caught them by surprise.

If you’re a student, parent, or teacher, know that you can help! We’re raising $5,000 to help cover a full year of restocking supplies like tampons, pads, and liners. Even though I’m doing this independently, as a sophomore representative and a student council member, I can ensure that every dollar goes directly to keeping our donation boxes full and accessible for anyone who needs them.
