**Help Support Ea’s Recovery After Her Double Mastectomy**
Our family is rallying behind my sister, **Ea**, as she prepares for a double mastectomy on **December 18th**. If you know Ea, you know she is the definition of strength wrapped in kindness + beauty. She shows up for everyone with a big heart and zero hesitation.
This surgery comes almost **nine years after her open-heart surgery**, something none of us ever expected she’d have to face, but here she is, handling another life-changing medical challenge with bravery, grace, and the same hope she always carries. But even the strongest people need support!
With the timing of the surgery falling right before Christmas, we’re grateful she’ll have a little time to recover while Miles is home and the kids are out of school. But once January arrives, real life starts back up:
* Miles will need to return to work
* The kids will go back to school
* And a new insurance year means brand-new deductibles and out-of-pocket costs
As the medical bills, follow-up appointments, and recovery needs pile up, our biggest hope is to take some of the financial pressure off their family so Ea can focus on healing and not stressing about expenses.
**What Your Support Helps Cover**
* Medical bills and early-year deductibles
* Follow-up care and post-surgery treatments
* Time off work for Miles to care for Ea
* Help at home as she recovers
* Any unexpected needs that come with major surgery
**Why Ea Means So Much to Us**
Ea is one of the most generous, thoughtful, and gracious people you will ever meet. She pours so much love into others; her kids, her marriage, our business, her friendships and never asks for anything in return. Watching her walk through something this scary, especially after everything her body has already endured, has been incredibly hard. But through every unknown, we’ve held tight to one another, to hope, and the belief that she will come through this stronger than ever!
If you feel led to donate, share, or send prayers and love, our family is endlessly grateful. Your support means the world, and it gives Ea the gift of focusing entirely on her recovery.
Thank you for helping us lift her up.
**We have full faith she’s going to fight, heal, and thrive.**
❤️ Meg & Family
