Yesterday, our friend and colleague Eamon experienced an unimaginable loss with the sudden passing of his mother. As many of you know, Eamon is a dedicated dispatcher who shows up for our team every single day with kindness, lots of jokes, but overall commitment to getting the job done. He is someone who consistently puts others first supporting our field staff, patients, and operations.

Eamon is also an only child, and it was just him and his mother. With the rest of his family living out of state, he is carrying the weight of this loss largely on his own.

This unexpected loss has placed a tremendous emotional burden on Eamon. During a time when he should be focusing on healing, he is instead faced with the immediate costs of funeral arrangements and the responsibilities that come with losing a parent so suddenly.
