Support Dylan's Medical and transportation needs

Hello my name is Lori Bourgoin. I am doing this fundraiser for the young man that my fiancé and I have taking into our home and life’s. He calls us mama and dad. He has type one diabetes and has had a previous amputation. He is currently in Maine medical center. He if very sick. Has an infection in his amputated leg which they have drained and amputated more of his leg. He has no income for we are fighting with social security to get him disability. He is having another operation tomorrow Friday the 16th of may. He need money to cover medical expenses that insurance will not cover. And transportation needs when he leaves hospital. He is such a caring loving young man that would do anything for anyone. Let’s help him out if you can. Even if you cant donate please share. The more people who see this the better.
