Please consider donating to help fund Dylan Wilkinson's cancer treatment journey. This past summer, Dylan began experiencing shoulder pain that persisted for months, and despite seeking medical help, he was not initially treated. While working in Ohio, he started having lower back pain, which led doctors to discover two lesions on his pelvis. After a week of testing, it was determined that Dylan has stage 4 ALK positive non-small cell lung cancer, originating in his left lung and spreading to his shoulder, pelvis, and tailbone.
Since his diagnosis, Dylan has been unable to continue working and has been traveling between Midland, Gaylord, Cheboygan, and Petoskey for various doctor appointments. The cost of diagnostics, radiation therapy, and medications are growing, and will continue to rise as he continues his treatment plan. Despite these challenges, Dylan remains positive and determined to do whatever it takes to get better.
Dylan has always been a light in the lives of those around him. He is the kind of person who greets everyone with a hug, a smile, and laughter—truly the life of the room. In recent years, he organized the 'Wilkdaddy Open,' raising thousands of dollars to help students pursue careers in the trades. This scholarship is the largest available to students in Cheboygan, a testament to Dylan’s selflessness and commitment to giving back. Now, Dylan needs our help. Your support will make a real difference in his journey towards healing. Please consider donating and sharing this fundraiser to show Dylan the love and support he has always given to others.
