Funeral Arrangements

It is with the heaviest of hearts to relay that on the evening of October 24th, our family experienced the greatest devastation that anyone could experience.

We lost my youngest son, DyJahn Todd Porter 19, suddenly and tragically.

We are in a state of deep shock as nobody can ever be prepared for anything like this!

DyJahn had the most beautiful spirit and the brightest smile. He was very intelligent, funny, super artistic, well-rounded, and an extremely caring and soulful person. He was a blessing to our lives and the lives of many, spread far and wide. He had a heart of gold! He always had a smile on his face, and was willing donate to those in need. He would give the shirt off his back to anyone, and especially to those that he loved and those who he was the closest to. DyJahn was the life of the party! He had many skills, interests, and hobbies which included drawing his favorite anime characters in his sketchpad, designing his own clothing or his "drip", as he would say, and was a long-time aspiring music creator. He loved working with his co-workers at his day job as a tire repair technician and came home everyday with a smile and a great story from his workday that would put a smile on our faces! He had the world at his hands and in his heart! His future was as bright as the sun, limitless, and he had no plans of stopping. He was ready to create his life's story, as he was the pen, and the world was his canvas.

We understand that everyone has been asking how they can help during this time. We are incredibly grateful for all of the love and outpouring of support.
