Two weeks ago, our Craft Team Member Dwight McClung Jr was involved in a serious accident shortly after leaving work. The injuries he sustained will prevent him from returning to the job site for an estimated 6 to 8 months. This has undoubtedly been a life-changing event for Dwight that brings forth both physical and emotional challenges.

But if you know Dwight, you know one thing: his spirit can’t be broken. Even in the face of adversity, he continues to show his trademark positivity — still cracking jokes, smiling, and lifting the spirits of those around him. His strength and resilience remind us all of the power of attitude during difficult times.

As Dwight begins the long road to recovery, we want him to know that he’s not alone. We’re asking for your support in offering a small token of encouragement to help him through this transition.
