Hello! My name is Dwayne and I didn’t think I would be put in this situation, but I am begging for help. I have been planning for most of the year to go and help with my dad and celebrate his 99th birthday this year! He suffered not one but two strokes last year, plus other health conditions from before, which changed things in his life dramatically.

I put in for paid FMLA back in mid-November, but it has been a slow-moving process with a few setbacks in trying to get things set up, and it has come to the point where financially I need assistance.
