My name's Joshua Rosanelli. I am raising funds for my father, Dwain.

My father was diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer last year. With tremendous help, he was able to find emergency housing and recover from his resection operation.

After 16 rounds of chemo and consultations with his doctor, the only consensus is that the chemo is holding the cancer at bay. Some tumors are a centimeter larger ,while other have a centimeter in reduction. All 3 treatments offered for his genetic markers are all chemotherapy.

My father's symptoms are severe with chemotherapy, and truly no life to live long term. We are looking into personalized care and other options for treatment. With his previous 16 rounds of chemo, under insurance Medicare, he has paid out of pocket on a fixed income to supply himself and his loved ones with some hope. Care facilities outside insurance coverage could be astronomically higher.

I greatly appreciate any and all help, as he makes this journey. Thank you.

UPDATE:

Dwain is now entering hospice at his home. Doing the absolute best to make him comfortable. With his fixed income after rent and utilities he has 33 dollars left for the month. All care is being supplemented by family and donations. Its no where near the care I wanted for my father and the personal experience of our medical care in our state has been atrocious. Hospice has been the only light in the tunnel and I thank you all so much for sharing and donating. It means so much from the bottom of my heart.
