Support Dusty's Journey to Recovery

My name is Claudia, and I’m reaching out to you with a heavy heart but hopeful spirit on behalf of the Armendariz family. Many of you have been keeping up with Diana’s updates regarding Dusty’s progress. I am setting up this GoFundMe account for them because many have been asking to help the family with donations in show of support.

Over the past 12 weeks, Dusty has been battling a brain injury. This situation was unexpected, and the treatment plan is extensive. As a result, he’s had to undergo numerous medical procedures, consultations, and treatments, each accompanied by its own set of costs.

At this time, they are seeking a more specialized treatment facility for Dusty in Humble, Texas. Despite having health insurance, the out-of-pocket expenses to get him transported to Humble are quite expensive as that is not a covered service. The burden of these expenses weigh heavily on them, not just financially but emotionally as well.

That’s why I’m turning to you, our friends, family, and community, for help. Your contribution, no matter the size, will make a world of difference in Dusty’s journey towards recovery. It will lift a significant burden off the family’s shoulders, allowing them to focus entirely on supporting Dusty through his treatment and helping him regain his health.
