Support Dustin's Healing Journey & the challenges he'll face

Hello y'all. My name is Cindy Hatcher and I am trying to raise funds for my son - Dustin Hatcher and his family. He was in a bad truck accident the morning of September 24, 2024, while traveling for work. All it took was a moment's glance to the side mirror when a big rig stopped suddenly in front of him, and he hit the truck at full speed. Praise the Lord that he is alive, but the airbag or steering wheel, or both, completely cracked his sternum in half. The Lord held it in place so it did not move and cause further damage. He's in a lot of pain, but except rest and let the body heal itself - there's not much the doctors can do for him.

Now here's the kicker. This was just his 2nd day on a new job, so his medical coverage had not started yet. And now he is not going to be able to work until he heals. And that could take quite a while. His wife is on disability, so Dustin is the main income for the family. There are going to be doctor bills, not to mention all the regular household bills they have. They are going to need help. My husband and I are not in a place where we can financially help, so that's why I am reaching out to you. Any amount would be greatly appreciated and cherished. Please share Dustin's story.
