Dustin Middleton (bub) is known by some and loved by all. He is a father of three, a husband, a son, a sibling, and a friend to many. Dustin was admitted to Advocate Christ Hospital in Illinois on June 6. He is in the hospital undergoing several surgeries on his heart and other procedures. We humbly ask for everyone to help support him and his family during this difficult time, anything would be appreciated. We are also, more than anything, asking that everyone who sees this to please pray for him. Thank you.
