My name is Dustin Louis Burnett. I have just recently been diagnosed with Pleomorphic/sarcomatoid pulmonary carcinoma with focal adenocarcinoma component. Super rare and aggressive. Stage 4 cancer. And it truly hits me like a dagger through my heart.

There's nothing more in this world that is more important to me than my 2 amazing, handsome, smart, funny, loving, and caring boys and my life partner and best friend, Brittany. I love going to concerts. This past year, I was blessed to be able to take both my boys to their favorite concerts, so that meant so much to me as a father. I love seeing people happy and smile. It's always made my soul happy. But as of right now, it's been hard to keep my soul and mind in a good, happy place.

I love my friends so much and what they have done for me. I have some of the greatest friends a person could ever ask for. Now I'm so scared because I don't know what this future is going to have in store for me. Not sure how many more concerts I'll be able to enjoy with my family. Not sure how many more Halloween parties I'll be able to go to. I know that most of you that will see this are friends and family, and I want you all to know that I love you. I truly love you guys.

I will need this to help with a lot of the funding and hospital side of things. Not sure how intense things are going to get. So anything received will be used for medical purposes or in-house things such as food and bills. And if enough money is raised, it will go into funds for both my boys so they can have somewhat of a financial blanket if I'm not able to secure it for them.
